Terms of Service
These Terms govern purchases from HisHer STUDIO, operated by Jetwin Commerce Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our published Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. Please contact support@his-her-studio.com with questions before ordering.
Orders and customization
You are responsible for checking your selections and the spelling, images, designs, dimensions, and other customization details you submit or approve. We may contact you to clarify an order, and may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, including where submitted material appears unlawful or may infringe another person's rights. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order. Product appearance may vary slightly from screen previews because of display settings and production tolerances. Nothing in these Terms removes remedies required by applicable law for goods that are defective or not as described.
Customer-provided content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you hold in text, photographs, names, logos, artwork, and other content you provide for customization ("Customer Content"). You represent that you own the Customer Content or have obtained all necessary permissions and consents to submit it and have it printed, including copyright, trademark, design, privacy, publicity, and image or likeness rights of identifiable people. You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another person's rights.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt as needed for production, and share Customer Content with production and fulfillment partners solely to review, make, and deliver your order and provide related customer support. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content. We may refuse to print content or request proof of authorization when reasonably necessary. We do not undertake to verify the ownership or permissions for every submission.
You are responsible for claims arising from Customer Content you supply in breach of these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses, costs, and third-party claims caused by such a breach. This does not excuse our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Prices, shipping, and cancellations
Prices and available shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders ship from China; see our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information. You may request cancellation before customization production begins. Once production begins, customized orders generally cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind. See our Return and Refund Policy for damage claims and your applicable legal rights.
Site content and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, our site content, branding, and product imagery belong to us or our licensors. You must not copy or use them without permission. You must not misuse the site or submit malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful material.
Liability and applicable rights
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
